  • We assign an anonymous userId for scoping; don't store sensitive personal data.

  • We do not verify the accuracy or legality of user-uploaded content.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access tokens.

Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms.
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

Data Retention

  • Content may be deleted for inactivity, abuse, or legal reasons.

  • Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
  • Deleted content cannot be recovered after removal.

Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nera Data Vault and Shining Tree Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
